My day to day work at PBS is most often comprised of filming talk shows indoors… but thanks to Nate Shucker’s vision for documenting Cody ice climbing legend Aaron Mulkey, I got to rope up for some high angle cinematography on this shoot!

Over a year since the last update… whoops! Whelp, got myself a full time gig that’s been keeping me busy. Working for Wyoming PBS.

I’m mostly doing production work on two shows. Wyoming Chronicle, a human interest talk show.

And Capitol Outlook, a political talk show.

Occasionally I also work on Farm to Fork, a show that explores local foods issues around Wyoming.

It has been pretty great working in a more formal production environment. I’m learning lots and working with great people, plus I get to see a lot of Wyoming that I never would have seen otherwise!

So great to help educate viewers on matters that affect their lives; in this case the effects of radon exposure to human health. Collaboration between SKEO solutions & the Region 10 office of the EPA. Get your house tested for radon!

The Oldham family is doing some really neat outreach and education on the wild horse issue by showing visitors first hand what wild horses are like at the Wind River Wild Horse Sanctuary.

Been doing a lot of tourism work with “Visit USA Parks” and Herrmann Global over the past year. Super fun visiting and helping promote these different destinations around the west.

I’ve been helping Virginia Moore shoot her film ‘Ferret Town’ for over two years now. We’ve spent countless days driving to some of the most remote parts of Wyoming, interviewing ranchers and biologists, and staying out all night to capture footage of this nocturnal creature to help tell the story of North America’s most endangered species, the Black Footed Ferret. Proud to present the trailer! And if you’re in Lander, come check out a sneak preview of the film tonight (Oct 10) at the Library – 5:30 PM!

Great to see Geoff O’Gara finish this documentary on Cowboy life in Pinedale Wyoming. I helped Geoff out with camera work for a number of the scenes and even got to ride a horse!
